Processing Technique
Jing'an is a full-service molder offering all three processes: rubber injection molding, compression molding and transfer molding.
| 1. Rubber Injection Molding |
|
Rubber injection molding is a processing technique suitable for mass production of rubber products. This technique is featured by a short molding cycle, low processing cost, small dimensional tolerance and few wastes. For mass production of fittings for automobile and electric and electronic equipment, rubber injection molding makes the most of its advantages.
The clamping force of injection molding equipment is 100-200 tons. |

| 2.Rubber Compression Molding & Rubber Transfer Molding |
|
Rubber compression molding is a traditional molding technique, that is to say, the rubber is produced by heating, pressing and solidifying, after certain amount of rubber material is put into the molding chamber. Rubber compression molding is featured by its production efficiency, dimensional precision, smooth and bright surface and relatively low price. And it can make complicated products in one step.
Rubber transfer molding is a compression molding technique totally operated by computer. Different from the traditional compression molding technique, the production is operated and controlled by computer completely. The application of transfer molding technique facilitates the fabrication of large-sized molding products.
The maximum work surface size of compression molding equipment is 1.2M X1.2M
The maximum work surface size of transfer molding equipment is 0.5M X0.5M |
